Booking with Luxury Seaside Rentals is simple, secure, and hassle-free through our trusted partners: Airbnb.com, Booking.com, and VRBO.com. Browse our available properties, select your dates, and complete your booking securely on the platform.

At this time, we do not offer direct bookings through our website. We are working to introduce this feature soon. Meanwhile, you can safely book via Airbnb.com, Booking.com, or VRBO.com, which provide full booking protection and customer support.

Each property is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, and modern furnishings. Many rentals also include exclusive amenities such as pools, fitness centers, or beach access (varies by property). See the listing page for the full amenities list.

We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Available methods depend on the platform used for booking and are shown during checkout. All transactions are securely processed by the booking platforms or via Stripe.

All reservations for our vacation rentals are processed exclusively through Airbnb.com, Booking.com and VRBO.com. Guests can choose between two verified and secure payment options, both fully protected by the booking platform used for the reservation.

A. Booking Platform Payments

Guests complete the payment directly with the booking platform. The booking platform collects and securely holds the payment until the guest completes their stay. After checkout, the payout is released to Luxury Seaside Rentals An additional 10% service fee charged by the platform covers payment handling, booking protection and customer support.

Booking Platform Rate Plans and Cancellation Terms

  • Guests pay a deposit equal to the first night’s stay at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is charged on the check in date.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check in.
  • If canceled within 14 days of check in, the first night’s stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds and cancellations are processed directly by the booking platform according to its policies and timelines.

This option ensures full platform protection and automated, verified transactions.

B. Direct Host Payments

All communication and booking confirmation remain within the booking platform’s official message system to ensure transparency and compliance with each platform’s hosting guidelines. Guests receive a secure Stripe payment link, generated by our team and sent through the booking platform chat and by email.

  • A variety of payment methods is available, inluding credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
  • After successful payment, guests automatically receive a digital invoice and payment receipt.
  • This payment option continues to be covered by the booking platform’s guest protection policy, since all records and communications remain within the verified platform.
  • Guests who select this option benefit from lower rates, because booking platform payment handling fees do not apply.

Host Rate Plans and Cancellation Terms

1. Genius Rate

  • Guests receive up to a 15% discount compared to the Standard Rate.
  • A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required within 30 days before check in.
  • The remaining balance is charged on the check in date.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check in.
  • For cancellations made within 14 days of check in, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay will apply.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval, and banks generally apply funds within 5–10 business days.

2. Promotional Rate

  • Guests receive up to a 35% discount compared to the Standard Rate.
  • Full payment is required within 30 days before check in to confirm the reservation.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check in.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check in are non refundable.
  • In exceptional cases, Luxury Seaside Rentals may offer a one time courtesy date change, based on availability, without issuing a refund.

Yes. Seasonal promotions and discounts are displayed on each property’s listing page. Check the listing for current offers before confirming your stay.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available, depending on availability. Send a request via the booking platform’s messaging system and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You will receive detailed check-in instructions via email five days before arrival, including keyless entry codes or key pickup details, depending on the property.

Modifications depend on timing and rate type:

  • More than 14 days before check-in: You may request date or property changes, subject to availability and rate differences.
  • Within 14 days of check-in: Changes are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
