Booking and Payments

Reservations

• All bookings are processed through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO) and are subject to their verification and availability.
• By completing a booking, guests agree to the terms outlined by both Luxury Seaside Rentals LLC and the applicable booking platform.

Payments

• Payments must be made using the approved payment methods offered by the booking platform or by Stripe when applicable (Host Payment Option).
• Transactions are securely processed through the booking platform’s payment gateway or Stripe’s secure system, depending on the rate type selected.
• For Host Payment Option bookings (paid directly via Stripe), invoices and payment receipts are provided automatically upon completion.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation and refund terms are defined by our Cancellation Policy.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 1–5 business days to the original payment method.
• Guests booking through Airbnb.com, Booking.com, or VRBO.com are bound by the respective platform’s refund and cancellation procedures.
